Why blog?

I am so excited to start blogging! I have resisted for a long time because it's the 'trendy' thing to do, and I usually tend to stay away from things it seems like everyone else is doing. All that to say, I have several friends who blog simply as a way to record life. An online scrapbook. A way to remember the details. A way for my kids and grandkids to connect with their history and see the journey on which God has been leading use.

I think it's time for me set aside my silly pride and just jump on the good ol' blogging bandwagon... Because these days are just too precious to let slip by. Record them, I must!
